A remarkable journey in Oriental cuisine for the last night of the year: a Rising Sun welcome cocktail, four courses of classic Chinese and Japanese dishes with a contemporary twist, and free-flowing premium wine and cava, in the charming village of La Caleta.

The later sitting, for those who want the night to last. Dinner, premium wine and cava, and the last hours of 2026 by the sea.

The New Year’s menu

A journey through Oriental cuisine

Welcome with a Rising Sun cocktail of cava, sake and mango syrup. Start with sushi & sashimi moriawase or mixed dim sum, followed by crispy aromatic duck or mixed sushi rolls. Then fillet steak with red wine & black pepper reduction or black cod with miso, and finish with fruits of the forest cheesecake or banana and cinnamon spring rolls.

Free-flowing premium wine and cava: Valtravieso Finca Santa María (red), Les Fumées Blanches (white), Chivite Las Fincas (rosé) and Cava Perelada Brut.
